Appointments

• The studio is in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. Bookings are required; walk-ins aren't available.
• Out-calls are available for selected services, from $25 plus a minimum spend. Gold Coast and lower Sunshine Coast visits can occasionally be arranged with a few days' notice.
• The treatment room is up a flight of stairs, so there's no wheelchair access. Out-calls are offered as an alternative.

Payment

• A $40 minimum spend applies to studio appointments, excluding products.
• Appointments over $100 are paid on arrival.
• Cash, bank transfer and credit card are accepted. EFTPOS carries a surcharge.
• All prices include GST.

Changes and cancellations

• Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancelling within 2 hours, not attending, or arriving more than 15 minutes late may incur a fee of $40 or 50% of the booking, whichever is greater.
• If you decide on arrival not to go ahead with some or all treatments, 50% of the booking is still payable.
• Deposits may be forfeited for no-shows, and future bookings may need to be paid in full upfront.

Privacy

Personal information is collected to provide your treatments and occasionally for marketing, and is kept for at least seven years. You can ask in writing to see or correct the information held about you.
